Straight BEASTMODE this year..he’s got a legitimate shot at 50 HRs, 50 SB. Something that’s NEVER been done. Can’t steal bases if he keeps doing yard work though.

Go after it.
I was walking MoMo today down the street when my childhood best-friend happened to come out of his house ready to leave to go somewhere. I stop by to say a quick “What’s up” and catch up a little on what’s going on in each other’s lives. He’s on his way back down to San Diego. I had a slight clue through his FB posts of why he was in SD but I wasn’t sure. Turns out, he’s in flight school in SD to get his pilot license and he’ll be done later this year, then it’s time to find a job as a pilot. I reminisced a little ..ever since we were young, he told me he wanted to be a pilot and we’d joke around saying if I ever made the Major Leagues, he’d fly me privately to my games and what not. The dude’s childhood dream is becoming a reality. It’s crazy cause you don’t see that all too often these days when kids say “When I grow up, I want to be a __________” and fulfill their dreams. As his childhood best-friend, I couldn’t be more proud. “You still gotta fly me when I make it,” I reminded him. “I gotchu,” he replied.
It’s my turn, and I’m goin’ after it.

I haven’t watched much tennis in my life, but I’m glad I’ve started. The 2012 Aussie Open is definitely one of the best, if not, the BEST tennis match of all time and obviously the best I’ve ever witnessed. His sheer will and tenacity is truly remarkable. If you didn’t see the match, watch it or at least watch the highlights. He came close to winning the 5th set but gave up a 4-2 lead and eventually suffered a heartbreaking loss. Even after losing, he was so gracious in his speech. It’s no wonder why he’s probably the most respected tennis player there is. Rafa’s definitely one of my favorite athletes now and cant wait to watch him fight.
